Please call 718-857-6183 if you are unable to find an appointment you are looking for. We are sometimes able to make adjustments that are not available online and our waiting list is administered from the office. If calling the office outside reception hours, please leave a message and a therapist will get back to you between sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice to avoid a $80 fee. However, we do maintain a waiting list in the office and there is no charge if we can rebook the appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: No-shows and cancellations within 4 hours of the original appointment will be charged in full unless we can rebook.

COVID-19 POLICY

All therapists are fully vaccinated.

We are mask-optional at this time. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, you are welcome to request a masked session with your therapist.

All of our cleaning/sanitation protocols remain in effect, and treatment room HEPA filters continue to run.
